We want you to be satisfied with the furniture you buy from CENTER MOVEIS PARA ESCRITORIOS. This policy explains how to return an item and request a refund. It applies equally to home-office customers and business orders. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Furniture is bulky, so please keep the original packaging until you are sure you will keep the item. This helps it arrive back safely.

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or defective items

If your furniture arrives damaged, defective or with missing parts, contact us at [email protected]. Please include your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.

Packages lost or damaged in transit are also covered by our Shipping Policy.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
